How do I sign up?

You can sign up by clicking on our Gallery page, finding a painting that works for you, and following the registration prompts to pay online.

  • Choose any art selection from our art gallery

  • Schedule the party Friday, Saturday, or Sunday depending on availability

Beginners welcome! Our Artist will guide you through easy to follow instructions to recreate the featured art for your party and at the end of the party you’ll take home a one-of-a-kind painting and hopefully a newfound talent? It’s easy, stress free, and affordable! We provide set up and clean up of art materials.

PRIVATE PARTY DETAILS

Book quickly to ensure you get your choice of dates; first come, first served.

Booking your private event is easy and fun when you host a painting party! Your guests will have a blast!

Here’s how it works:

  • Decide which painting you want 

  • Go to the booking page and pay deposit.​​

  • $100 deposit will be applied to the cost of party.

  • We will create the event after deposit has been paid:  We will contact you if we have any questions, and will send you all the details when your event is completed in our system, including a link to the event.

  • Remaining payments:  You may either send the registration link to the guests (if they are paying individually), or one person may pay for the guests through the link provided.

  • List of guests:  you may contact us anytime to receive an updated list of guests who have registered and paid for your event.

  • Come and have a great time!

Guest Minimum and Other Important Information

  • For a private party, there is a minimum of 6 guests, $35 per guest.

  • Please note if you do not meet the minimum of 6 guests, you will still be charged for 6 guests.

    • Please have guests arrive 15 minutes prior to party time to settle in. For additional questions, please contact us at deena@brushingitup.com.

 

Modifications and Cancellations

  • An event cannot be moved if it is less than two weeks before the event.

  • To modify the date of a private party more than two weeks before the event, call us as soon as possible to check on additional availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • The Private Party deposit will not be refunded if the host(ess) cancels within two weeks of the event. But we do offer a credit towards a future party, based on availability.

  • We cannot offer reschedules or credit for NO SHOWS. Deposit will be non-refundable.

  • Thank you in advance for your respect of our reservation policy.

  • Brush It Up reserves the right to cancel a painting session at anytime. If we feel the need to cancel such party, every attempt will be made to notify those who have signed up for the session. If you paid online, you will be given the option of rescheduling your session OR receiving a refund.
