Paintings take typically 2 hours to paint.
Must have spot cleared for set up. Artist/instructor will not move furniture or other objects in the way. This must be done beforehand.
I will arrive 15min-30min early depending size of party.
Please have guests arrive 15 minutes prior to party time to settle in. We will begin at the time scheduled and end at time scheduled.
There will be a $50 fee for parties starting more than 30 minutes late up to an hour later.
A 18% Gratuity will be added to parties larger than 15 people.
Then we have to discuss what is best depending on what else is booked that day and how late the party is. My Goal is to have a successful fun party and with being respectful to everyone's time. Depending what parties are booked that day, the ending times will vary case by case basis for Parties that Start Late.

Modifications & Cancellations
If Covid becomes an issue for your party we will make it a virtual one through Zoom and arrange canvas pick-ups for your party day.
To modify the date of a private party, call us as soon as possible to check for additional availability and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
The Private Party booking fee will not be refunded if the host(ess) cancels the event - But we do offer a credit towards a future party, based on availability. We do not offer reschedules or credit for NO SHOWS - Booking fee will be non-refundable.
Thank you in advance for your respect of our reservation policy. Brush It Up reserves the right to cancel a painting session at anytime. If we feel the need to cancel such party, every attempt will be made to notify those who have signed up for the session. If you paid online, you will be given the option of rescheduling your session OR receiving a refund.
